As a longtime resident, mother, proven business and community leader, and wife of two-term council member Scott Alvord, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of active engagement and hard-working city council representation. Scott and I are woven into the fabric of this community. I understand city governance, planning issues, and economic development, and am well prepared to step into this role.
Our city council affects our day-to-day life more than any other vote on your ballot and as your representative, I’ll enhance your life and your family’s by:
- protecting our public safety,
- sustaining a high level of city services,
- responsibly managing our city budget and resources,
- advocating for essential services and infrastructure in western Roseville, and,
- being available to listen to your thoughts and concerns to drive positive change when needed.
Roseville holds a special place in my heart. It's where we raised our family, started a brick-and-mortar business, and where we plan to retire. Like many of you, I was drawn to this community because of its exceptional schools, safe neighborhoods, expansive parks and trails, and city amenities. It’s important to me that Roseville remains a safe and thriving community.
I invite you to reach out to me with your thoughts, concerns, and feedback. I ask for your vote and support, and together we will ensure a thriving future for Roseville.
Sincerely,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Here is an insider's view from people who have seen me in action.
