Karen is proudly endorsed by numerous employee and trade labor groups who understand the value of good leadership for a city's future success. These groups include:
- Sacramento-Sierra’s Building & Construction Trades Council (and several of its members) - Roseville's significant growth since the 1990's brings a lot of building construction to the region and our trades bring apprenticeships and jobs to our community.
- Electrical Workers (IBEW 1245/340) - Roseville consistently has some of the lowest electric rates in the entire state.
- Laborers (Local 185) - These workers are often found on roadway expansions and many other construction projects.
- Carpenters - Karen's father was a carpenter and their skilled work on public construction projects is important.
- Operating Engineers (OE3) - These workers operate our garbage trucks, heavy equipment, and are surveyors, mechanics, inspectors, etc.
- Stationary Workers (Local 39) - These include the large variety of workers at the desks, in parks & recreation, and many other service-oriented positions and equipment operators in the city.
We are processing other endorsements. As you can see above, they are somewhat involved. Check back later for more.
